Payments & Billing Policy

  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated

  • Late payments may result in paused services

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned


Deliverables remain the property of Mentossa until full payment is received.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Mentossa does not offer refunds once work has commenced
  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing
  • Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed
  • Ongoing retainers require prior notice as per agreement
